selecting multiple sheets at same time

I googled how to select multiple sheets at same time and one solution is to use array.. I did as below but did not work fr me

So I used the second methond, by .select the first sheet then the reset .select false
What I do not understand, what does False mean here? and how to de-select them after that? Thank you.

1) The first line should've been:

2) Using False in the second line and along is like holding CTRL = sticky selecting.
