Sigmoid curve fitting dataset.

I have received an assignment for which I need to choose 3 technologies from this dataset and to fit them to a generic sigmoid curve (e.g. logistics function). However, I don't seem to be able to figure out how this is done. Can someone help?

In this file, I've made a start with my own input, but it doesn't seem to fit under the max. of 100 (since we're talking about percentages), does anyone know what I am missing here?

I think you are missing part of step 6 -- add any necessary constraints to the solver model. If you intend for the upper maximum of the logistics model (determined by B3 in each sheet) to be no larger than 100, then you need to add a constraint to your solver model(s) that B3 can be no larger than 100.
