Remove certain text in a cell help

Hello,

I was hoping for some help for a macro that would look at names listed in columns L and N from row 3 down and remove any text after the name, that has an aka or any variant "AKA, A.K.A., etc after it which would include the alias listed. So as an example if there was a name BRUCE W. WAYNE AKA "BAT MAN" in that cell the macro when completed would have edited the name to only be BRUCE W. WAYNE. I would need it to do this type of edit from L3 down and N3 down to last data row which could be around 15,000 rows. Would be grateful for any help one could provide!
