When I run this code I do not get an error. Can you provide your workbook?
It's not an error but if there is no password, you can omit the Password argument.
Thank you
I have got rid of the 400 error - :-)
The only thing now is a warning saying that I have a protected sheet. If I manually unprotect the sheets and run the RefreshAll I do not get the error.
What change do I need to make ?

You have attached a .xlsx file, so it doesn't have any code.
Sorry for that - The correct one is now posted
