fill result in the cell but also te correspoing cell

i have a function that gets called and the result is filled in the cell...it orks perfectly fine...but i ant that the cell here the function is applied it does offset and fills that cell value too with different value...e,g if function is applied in D1 then ther mail result is filled in D1 but also another value is filled in B1 but its not orking...below is my code
