Filecopy from Paths in Columns

Hi,

I have a created some code for the purpose of copy files from two columns.

The code is not running any errors; however, it does not copy files from the file paths listed in Column A and Column B.

I have attached a file to illustrate the code.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
