repeating nr

Hi All,
So i need a little help with some codes
So i have an array with numbers from 1 to 60
and some numbers in a rnage of cell(A2:F10)
I need to see each number from array how many times
it is(repeating) in that range
this is waht i done but i dont know how to do the rest of code
