Adjust row height(s) UNLESS row(s) are hidden (0).

I use a macro to set up and adjust row heights, column widths, etc.......
However, if I somehow mess up and of the set-ups, and I run my "page_layout" macro, it also "opens" up rows that are purposely hidden. Is there something that can be added to the code to prevent this.
Something like: If Rows("3:114").RowHeight = 0, don't change them, else Rowheight = 15
