VBA Help. Cell Highlighting Update and new Problem

Hi all,

Thanks to @Mohadin & @NeedFor Excel (Dave), they managed to resolve the original issue I was having.

The new issue I'm having is I want to add a new cell colour change If the length value doesn't have a decimal.

How I want the rules to work is when searching the pattern.

If a value in column 21 has a value with a decimal (example 754.00) then it would turn green

If a value in column 21 has a value without a decimal (example 754) Then it would turn yellow

If there is no value in column 21 then the cells would turn red.

Here is the code, but I keep getting a Next error message. I have also attached a test document.

As always any help would be greatly appreciated!!
