Hello,
What I want to do is to make 30-60-90 ... day distributions of overdue debts and receivables from an extract which is a debt list. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hello umit1907 and Welcome to Excel Forum.
This proposal adds a column (J) to the muavin sheet. The added column may be moved and/or hidden for aesthetic purposes.
Column J is populated using: =IF(A4<>A5,J$1-C4,"")
Two rows are inserted on the RAPOR sheet. The added rows may also be moved and/or hidden for aesthetic purposes.
The rows are manually populated with the min and max of the days.
The overdue distributions are then populated using: =SUMPRODUCT((muavin!$A$4:$A$13=$A6)*(muavin!$J$4:$J$13>=D$3)*(muavin!$J$4:$J$13<=D$4)*(muavin!$I$4:$I$13))
Note that zero values are hidden by adding a semicolon to the existing custom formatting: #,##0.00 ;[Red]-#,##0.00;
