Question Insert first day of the year 7 time then each day 7 times till last day of current year.

Hello. I could use some help adjusting this code. It mostly works but it's pretty terrible in terms of efficiency as it just basically copies and pastes dates.

I need to make it so that when I press a button, the first day of the current year is entered into cell C30 of the current worksheet, it is entered 6 more times below totaling 7 times, then each day for the rest of the year is also entered 7 times including the last day of the year. Ideally it would account for leap years and not add extra days. Rows may be inserted at times because these dates will be in a table so doing that hopefully won't break anything.
