How to merge VBA and how to change from Negative to Positive numbers

Dear All,

I had wrote few steps but don't know how to join all into 1 VBA.

On the other hand, I also need to "convert" 1 whole column data from negative to positive numbers.

I had indicated the steps in my excel sample and I had also recorded a MACRO to do these but if the rows differs very month, then the macro won't work. That's why prefer to use VBA instead.

Thank you.

Step 1: Delete D
Step 2: Find in E, 23300 and change G to 0
Step 3: Copy G to D
Step 4: Change F from negative to positive by removing the -
