Determine if a comment has a picture

Hi,

In the attached workbook, cell A5 I have a comment and there is a picture inside the comment (Yellow highlighted)

There is another cell A8 that has a comment without a picture.
What I need is to determine if there is a picture in the comments or not , something like bellow:

Range("A5").commenthaspicture= TRUE
Range("A8").commenthaspicture= FALSE

Help would be greatly appreciated.
