Changing VBA to Compare two Sheets and extracting the difference in a third sheet

    Dear Excel community,

I got an issue with a VBA code, I spent so many hours trying to solve the problem, however, my VBA knowledge is basic to very limited.
What I want to do is comparing two excel sheets (yesterday and today) and extract the differences or the changes to a third sheet. For that I found a thread here in the forum from 2011 with a VBA code for it, I used the code and it worked. However, the code didn't suit my need 100%. So I tried to change the code but I failed.

What I wanted to do is 2 things:

1- I want to change the reference column, that the VBA is using from Column B to column G.
2- The third part of the code is checking the difference between the two sheets and highlighting the changes in yellow with a value comparison ( xx/yy) in the cells where the changes occurred and extracting this to the 3rd sheet. However, the cells where there are no changes are left blank. Here I want to change the code so that the cells that are blank must be filled with the values from the sheet today.

here is the code i found in the forum to be optimized.

Thanks a lot for your support and help.

    BR
    Mike
