i have a basic table to collect data by manual entry.
Tab 1 (Records)
the basic idea would be to fill the table from left to right and have a decision made at the end of the row to populate a separate tab (3 SCAR) with the entered info.
i know how to create a macro and assign to button and keyboard shortcut, but functionally its very clunky.
i cant figure out a smoother way to collect the data and populate the fields should i need to print it to PDF at some point in the future. not all entries will require printing.
Tab 3 or SCAR would be a customer facing PDF that will need populating with more data at some point, so it would need to be tidy.
any help would be appreciated or suggestions on what to do...
i have attached an empty version of the file.
