Always pointed to all sheet:A1 and unfilter off all sheet.

Can I ask what do I need to do when I open the excel file it's always pointed to all sheet:A1 and unfilter all sheets ?
Like when i open the workbook it's open to the sheet1:A1 and when i try to go to other sheet it's pointed to A1 and all the filter are unfilter.
