Vba Filter and copy rows to sheet2 every 3rd row

Jindon helped me with filtering on 2 cols using max criteria
However how to do this with every 3rd row
Example data file uploaded with explanation and sample data

Thank you Bo-Ry, you showed me how to do this perfectly, and it did'nt come to me how to execute this
it gives an error in copying to sheet2, but that does not matter as i can execute this myself
The fact is it works perfectly and I thank you very much
