Downloading a file with a dynamic URL - Bad loop

hello,

I'm looking to download files from queries.

Let me explain. I have an excel file which contains urls which give directions on google maps.
-Column A: the URL of Google Maps
-Column B: identifier of the route but also name of the future output file.

My links work and give me my route between each point of origin and destination.

I send this link to a site which turns it into a track (route) with the extension .gpx
The objective then being to visualize these routes in GIS software.

I give you the code that I built by compiling several sources.

it pretty much works, it's just the loop that doesn't work because I would like the query to process the items in cells A1 and B1 then A2 and B2.
