create report after compare between two files

hello
I have two files names are(report,INV1) I would compare data in COL B,C,D and the last column contain header BALANCE in file REPORT with COL B,C,D,E in file INV1 it will change in location based on add a new columns every time and i would show the result next to the COL BALANCE in file report also highlight by blue color some data in file INV1 because there are not existed in file REPORT
so I put the result in COL H,I,J,K next to COL BALANCE in file report als highlighting by blue color in file INV1

How can we trust the data with such amount of incorrect spelling even in that small data set...

Look at your files.

FRIUT, FRUT
VEGTIBLE, VEGETIBLE

So impossible to match.

sorry you're right this is typo theses should be FRIUT VEGETIBLE

I do not want to get involved this thread though.

1) No update(fix) of files that I mentioned.
2) No explanation of the formula in new "BALANC" why 1st 3 lines differ from other ones.

Those things would discourage the people to comment.
