Retrieve Array from Selection of Activex List Box (Help pls)

EDIT: I found a code that I could adapt to perform as intended, the only problem is that I must add manually each item of the list and there will be a situation with 100+ items.

Anyone has an idea of how I could make it count the items dynamically so I wouldn't have to add them one by one?

Hello dear amigos,

I'm trying to create a dynamic analysis, and at this point, I need to retrieve the selected options from an activex list box.

The box is configured as and extended multi selection. I tried using this code below (although it only returns true or false, which wouldn't perfectly suit my purpose), but I can't make it work.

My intention is to output an array with the selected items in the list, but only with the selected, updating whenever there's a change in the listbox.

I linked the cell output to S14, and it'd output correctly as a single selection option, but when inserting the code in the listbox code window and trying to change the selected items I get an error (the item with the specified name was not found) on the red highlighted line:
