Fixed ListBox header without matter the RowSource. Is it possible?

I have a ListBox with 14 columns and I need to apply a filter on it. When I apply it I need to make the RowSource blank so it can work.

Is it a way to let the header fixed not mattering what happens with the ListBox?

I'd like the fixed head the same when you put the "ColumnHeads = true"

    Please, I really need it!
