Move Row from one workbook to another based on cell value

I am looking for a macro that will do the following:

I have a workbook named "Active.xlsm" with one sheet also named "Active".

In it, each row is a job. When I finish a job, I want to be able to change the value in Column A from "Active" to "Completed" and then move the row (or rows) to a second workbook named "Completed.xlsm" to the last row (or rows) of the sheet also named "Completed".

Both workbooks are in the same location - R:\Jobs

The workbook called "Completed" will not be open when the macro is activated.

Thank you for taking the time to help me

    Perfect! Thanks so much.

I did forget one thing. There are couple of formulas in the row. Is there a way to keep those when the row moves?

if you move rows you move rows
maybe you only want to copy then ?

No. I don't just want to copy. Exactly how you have it now, but it only pastes the value into the "completed" sheet. I need it to paste the Formula if possible.
