Macro to sort data and create XY plot

I have field data with three main columns: date, sampling point and result.
I would like to create a macro that sorts the data by sampling point, then plots each sampling point as a new series on an XY (date, result) plot.
Attached a simplified example of my data.

    Thanks in advance!
