what lines are red? You have not included the whole piece of code or a sample workbook, it is hard for anyone to give you an answer. IF it is code further up that is causing a problem lower down how would we know?

This is the exact code that gets thrown up when I delete rows and record it..

The second line :=xlup is red and throwing an error..

Everytime I record macros the code is not working..

I'm bumping this because it's really getting on my nerves.. I've googled it with no luck..

If I was to record a macro now to advance filter a table via variable criteria this is what I get..

It makes no sense.. There are even some random capital I's thrown in their for good measure..

    Any help would be appreciated..

That code is absolute garbage. I'd suggest a full repair (not the quick one) and if that doesn't work, a full uninstall and reinstall of Office.
