division in one group cannot be from the same group

can anyone help me?


How to divide 10,000 people into groups of 20-30 people (parameter) but cannot be from the same group or work unit or branch or team


Example....
Mohan - unit A
Arif - unit A
Gilang - unit A.

Lorenzo - unit B
Rico - unit B

Rizki - Unit C
Rubies - Unit C

Ical - Unit D

So how do you divide the groups so that no one group has members from the same unit? So there are multiple criteria

For the sample data given you could distribute the names using: =IF(COUNTIFS($B$2:$B2,$B2)=C$1,$A2,"")
Note that cells C1:E1 are custom formatted "Group " 0
