Group rows based on certain column value (sort not possible)

Hi. I am hoping to have a macro that can create groups to certain rows based on a single value in one of the columns. My data can't be sorted as the rows cannot be re-ordered.

My file has 4000 rows. Whenever there is the word "document" in column C then I want to add a group for that row. If there are rows beside each other with "Document" in Column C then I'd like it to group all those rows together in a single Group. Nothing needs to happen to the rows which have "Folder" in column C.

I have attached an excel with a sample data on the "original" worksheet and then the desired result on the second worksheet.

I doubt if you are still using XL2003, as you have attached an .xlsx file which isn't/wasn't available in that version. Please update your User profile to show the version you are currently using, so that solutions can be tailored as necessary.
