Make columns equal for two workbooks

Good afternoon,

I have two workbooks. I want that those workbooks have exact the same Column A. When in file 2 some value don't exist in this column, this row has to be deleted in file 2.

When in file 1 a row is added to the column, in file 2 this row also must be add to the column.

Is this possible?
