copy specific columns and replace values & calculate values from sheet to another

hello
I have data in sheet1 the expected result should brings all of data in sheet2 it should copy specific columns (BRAND,TYPE,ORIGIN,SALES,RETURNS,BALANCE) there is two columns K,L are relating in COL ORIGIN in sheet1, it should replace for it based on COL K the col L= col k then should copy values from COL K to COL ORIGIN and the COL BALANCE should calculate the values by subtracting the COL SALES from COL RETURNS

Should this be the other way around? subtracting the COL SALES from COL RETURNS > Subtract returns from sales
