Extract data from 1 cell and ad to multiple columns

Hi I have no clue where to begin with this hopefully someone experienced can help me out.

I exported 30K email records into a csv and saved as Excel.

The data in Column C in "original" has consistent topic names but the topic information varies and is sometimes missing.

In the attached sample, I added the desired result in "sampleResult". I only care about the data in Column C of "original" that matches columns D through P in the "sampleResult". I hope that makes sense.

Any help is much appreciated. Thank you very much!!!!!

I am wondering if this is even possible. Maybe better to do this from CSV? Thanks
