VBA code for copy data to another sheet, do amendment in that code

In the attached file there is VBA code i want little modification in that code or provide me totaly different code
first i want to tell you which task perform by this code it means use of that code is that code copies
data of N column and Q column to after sheet which specific data copy by this code i apply yellow color to this data so you can
easily understand data which is in yellow color i apply yellow color just for your understang purpose ,
see data from cell N34 to N40 which had heading MRN.NO.it means N34 to N40 data between that cells is connected to that heading MRN.NO.
also data of cell Q34 to Q40 connected to heading BAGS so it is block of data because there is no space in that data
but you can see bellow that data , which is in green color which is in cell N42 and Q42 i want that do not copy that data because it is not connected
to that bags heading or MRN.NO. heading there is space between that data so please do this little modification in that VBA code

your code also copying data like "BILLPASS" and "TALE" which is in cell N42 and Q42 i do not want to copy that data infact your code is working good just do that little change,

can you do one more change in that code see in to attached file cell Q10 value is zero then do not copy that data like that,

That code not run when any text exist between N column or Q column then that code error "Autofilter method of range class failed"
you can see there is text in cell N95 the text ""BILLPASS" due to this text code not running and also i want that see in cell N98 , N99 and cell Q98, Q99
there is data but do not copy that data because it had no heading like MRN NO. and BAGS
