Enter 1-5 field names in column A
If ALL of the fields entered in column A are in the field range (field 1, field 2, field 3, field 4) - then display that entire row (program name and fields) in column C.
(i.e. if 1 field is entered, display all programs that have that 1 field, if 2 fields entered, all programs that have those 2 fields, etc....)
Limit to 10 row displays.
