    Macro to copy and value paste

    Dear All
    Hi,
    Please refer to the attached file.
    Sheet "Script Entry 1" c column row 7
    In Sheet "Script Entry 1", I have the formula of row number 7 in the c column, I want to copy and paste this value from row 8 to 500.
    Because the formula used in this is taking a lot of time to calculate. If I do VBA, my work will be very fast

    Try this. In C7 then copy down.
    Match function is faster compared to countif.

    In the file I have already attached, In the E column, Sumifs is used as a function. Calculating is taking a lot of time. Does he have any alternative Solution?
