How auto-generate child products from a variable with given attributes

So, I would like to enter an sku, and then some options for 3 different variables. I want to create a sheet where I can click on a button and it produces child products with the attributes of that product in other columns.

I've attached a sheet that shows what the input would be, and a sheet that shows what I'd like the outputs to be.

Please note that I'm fairly new to this and am also using this as a learning experience. I'm also not the sharpest person, so you might have to explain it as if I'm dumb.
