I have an Excel file that is an export from an Adobe Acrobat PDF. While I realize that Acrobat's PDF-to-Excel capabilities are less than perfect, if we can make this work going forward it will be a big time saver. The export comes out fine with the exception that out of a hundred or so rows of data, some of the cells in column B are merged. When the cells are unmerged some of the cells do not align with the corresponding data in the adjacent cell. I'm trying to find a way to identify these cells and move them down to the correct row. It appears that anytime there is data in column B and the adjacent cell in column A is blank the column B cell just needs to move down to the same row as the next instance of col A data. I've attached a worksheet sample. But here is the situation in a nutshell:
