Select Column based on name of column

I have a simple problem. I've searched for solutions but can't find something that works.

The column name is "Time", for example. This works in the current macro and it does select the entire column.

But I don't know that my column of interest will always be in column 'E'. I'd like a simple solution to select the column based on the name of the column. There is a table (Table1) that is also on the sheet so I'm referencing that in my test example, but it's not really necessary, if I can just select the entire "Time" Column. I tried various versions of this, but nothing works.

Disregard, found "my" problem. When I inserted a row, I didn't have a column name.
