VBA Insert Row befor specific Column

Hi

I want to add multiple rows at once with a button click (makro)
I want to add these rows always in the row before the value "Total" appears in row C. The value "Total" appears multiple times in row C.
How do I need to implement that?

I tried that, however this only adds a row the first the it finds "Total":
