Reference values to other last empty cell

Hi aside from copy-paste values in code format, how can I convert the like referencing the cell value to another cell in another sheet?

Example is this

Now I have to do it vice versa but I have to do it on the last empty cell sheet3 Column A to Z from values on Sheet 2 Range A2:Z10, and the process will repeat. Hope I explained it well.

@maniacb as I mentioned, it was vice versa, but as I modify the code, I get an error Method Range of Object '_Worksheet' failed

Here is the code I modified, I want to replicate the value of SHeet2 range A2:A10 to the last value of Sheet 3 Column A to Z

@maniacb, the last code you posted just keeps on replacing the Sheet3.Range("A4:Z12") values. What I want to achieve is to only occupy the rows that are empty. For example, since Sheet3 A4:Z12 is already occupied, we continue the data to A13:Z21 and so on from the values of Sheet2 A2:Z10.
