Import Pdf in sheet and export pdf output with variable

Hi everyone,

I have 10,00,000 clients record in a text file and having fixed 2 pages pdf for each client.
what I am thinking is:
Import the first page on sheet1 and the second page on sheet2, place the variables where it require and export these 2 sheets as a pdf.
this is like a crystal report in vb.net.
but i want to run this in macro. is it possible?
Also, I want to break the pdf of each 5000 clients.

I have tried in mail merge but i don't understand how to export as pdf and set the data connection.

Please suggest is it possible in macro
