[Solved] Checkboxes not working once visible

So i have this code, its supposed to show/hide rows when checkbox9 (yes) is checked

It works fine but acts strange when it's trying to show/hide checkbox11 and 12.
1. Checkbox11 is hidden but checkbox 12 is visible
2. Once cb11 and 12 are shown they won't be clickable anymore. it just shows a doubled image of itself

My question is how to hide and show rows and checkboxes if a master checkbox is click (for example if I click yes then more rows will show with their respective checkboxes)

The issues of hiding rows vs. hiding checkboxes is getting muddled here. We can't tell where your checkboxes are just by looking at this image, and we don't know the properties of your checkboxes.

Thank you for the help and swift response. Please see the attached sheet. it has minimal coding, but it shows the issues off the bat.

edit: Don't know what happened when you first open the sheet, the 2 set of checkboxes are on top of each other and you need to move them off each other

I did not experience the problem you described. Everything worked fine. Do you have other code in your actual sheet, such as Worksheet_Change?

I do have a suggestion: Since user responses are mutually exclusive I recommend option buttons instead of checkboxes. I have attached the modification to your example. I did see a problem when I did this a little bit like what you described. When I clicked on Yes a phantom copy of the button showed up lower down while I held down the mouse button, and I could not change the state of the button. I hit DELETE in the B4 and that seemed to clear it up. I was not able to find the cause.

I also had the same problem you did with one button overlaying another. I set the buttons to "Don't move or size with cells" and that seemed to solve it. Again, I don't know the cause.
