Macro to Insert Number of Rows Defined in Adjacent Cell

Hi there,

I am very much a beginner when it comes to macros so would appreciate any help.

I am trying to insert a number of rows which is defined by a number in column J (starting from cell J585).

The bit I am struggling to get around is the fact that some of the cells in column J contain the text "no rows". For these I do not want to insert any cells. i.e. I only want to insert the varying number of rows below the cells in column J that contain a number.
