Adding All Values ​​Entered Separately In Excel In A Single Cell

I am preparing a self-assessment project for students who are preparing for a YKS exam as in the photo. After selecting the subject from the dropdown menu and entering other data in the menu on the side, I want the data to appear in the table on the side, and I want students to use the features such as conditional formatting, sort of, charts on the table with macros and give information about themselves to people.

My main question is as follows:
I have assigned an if function to assign values ​​directly if the subjects are equal on both sides. Example: =IF($B$3=K4;$D$3;0)
But this time when I change the data in the menu, the data in the table disappears or changes.
I want to enter each data in the menu, press a button, enter the value according to the subject in the table, and collect the old data when I enter data again and again.
