Second "ThisWorkbook" module in a vba project

    Hi.
In some of my Excel files (old ones) there appears a second Sheet called "ThisWorkbook", it is seen in the screenshot I attach. This Sheet cannot be deleted. And if I apply to it some vba instructions (Feuil48.Name, for example), it gives error Automation error -2147418113 (8000ffff). If anyone has seen the same,do you have any solution except exporting everything in a new virgin Excel file ?
