Copy and Past - Getting Run Time Error

Hello Sir,

I'm new to Excel VBA coding. Just performing simple copy and paste subroutine but it giving me an error. I need to copy the data from one sheet to the other sheet in the same workbook.

Why I'm getting this error, is the only question. I need to run this code. Please help. Attaching the file for your reference.

I'd imagine that adding the new sheet clears the clipboard, so you should do that before copying. Also, there's no need for all that selecting:
