Cool Looking for Excel Expert to Build Call Tracking System

I’m looking for someone to build a rudimentary call disposition tracking system in Excel. I’m willing to pay for this. It’s not overly complex but I need it done by next week.

My company provides in home preventive health screening services. We work with health insurance companies and manage a population of their diabetic members. We call these members to offer them preventive health screening services which are covered by their health plan. We need to keep track of all the calls we make and the call outcomes (i.e. dispositions) and report this info back to the health plan each week. We were working with a call center for outreach and they used the Five9 platfrom but we have brought the outreach in-house and hired a team of agents to do the calling and scheduling.

We’re currently building our own outreach and scheduling capability which is going to be part of our proprietary home care management system. But until it’s ready, I need a temporary solution. I’ve already done part of the foundatiional work in Excel but I don’t have the time to complete it. Plus there are some more advanced Excel requirements which might go beyond by skill level.

Each agent has their own Excel call log spreadsheet on our SharePoint drive. Each row consists of a patient, their ID number, address, phone numbers…The files are identically structured for each agent. There’s a date column for the last call attempt and a validation list of standardized dispositions (e.g. Live contact, no answer, wrong number…). We call each patient a certain number of times before we consider them unreachable. When we make live contact and the patient agrees, we then schedule them in our system which populateds our clinical technicians' schedules. Each agents list gets new lists each week as our calling focus changes to focus on different areas of a state. This part is relatively straight forward.

The challenging part is that I have to aggregate these data and pull from each agent’s call log spreadsheet and build some reports for our client (reports are all Excel). The reports are time based. So each Monday I have to send the health plan the list of all the patients we attempted to contacted last week and what their “last” disposition was. I also need to generate some aggregate frequency distribution rerports for all the call disposition codes (there are about 10 major ones and a handful of dependent sub dispositoins). For example, if the patient refuss the service disposition has a conditional list of reasons why they refused. So I'm tnhinkign of a master spfreadsheet that would piull the sata form each agent's call log and then built some pivit tables and filter-based reprots on different tabs.

If anyone is interested, let me know and provide an email or phone number where you can be reached. Ready to start this ASAP.

    Thanks!

SweetBaboo the forum has a commercial section where you can pay for services.

Would you like us to move your thread there? Let us know, but please don't start another thread there.

I was not aware of the commercial section. Do I need to buy a subscription?

No info on that FAQ link. I don't mind buying credits to post but I'm the one looking to pay for services.

The first section of the FAQ deals with the 'customer'.

Re: Looking for Excel Expert to Build Call Tracking System

I apologize for that. I thought the FAQ was publicly available:

We have an extensive network of the best in the field experts from across the world, who are available 24x7 to assist Excel enthusiasts and beginners with a step by step guidance for all of their big or small Excel problems.

All you need to do is pay a nominal charge on the basis of the complexity level of your query and once your subscription is activated you can easily attach your Excel File on the forum, which will be reviewed and responded by our experts.

Our team of professional Excel and VBA users will work with you until you get what you are looking for.

Points to keep in mind when you want to post an Excel query:

How to post a question in the Commercial Services Sub forum?
In order to post a question, you need to buy points by making a payment through PayPal/Credit card/Debit Card. You will need to purchase a minimum of 20 points by paying $20. The various options are $20, $30, $40, $50, $100, $200 all valid for a period of 1 month from the date of purchase.

Note: Please note that since Indian users cannot use PayPal to make payments they are advised to use Credit/Debit cards to purchase points.

How does the Point system work?
Keep in mind that $1 is equal to 1 point, which means $20 are equal to 20 points, $40 are equal to 40 points and so on.

    How to purchase points?
To purchase points, go to the Commercial Service tab, you will find a drop down list below the price details, click on it, select from the available options and click on the Order button. This will take you to the Subscription page from where you can choose your preferred payment method (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, etc.). You will be redirected to a secure payment server wherein you can enter your PayPal/ Credit Card/ Debit Card details and make the payment.

Assign a budget to your question
While posting your question in the Commercial Services sub forum, depending on your query’s complexity, you will need to specify how many points you will be giving to the Request Solver who will solve your question. These points will be transferred to the Request Solver once your question has been solved and you click on the “Appreciate” button. If the Request Solver picks up the question and feels that the question has been allotted lesser points than it deserves, he/she will PM you to allot/purchase more points. If there is any dispute, the admins will sort it out. Please ensure that the thread is created in the Commercial Services sub forum itself. If your query is not resolved, then the amount you paid will be refunded after 10 days of posting the query.

Points to keep in mind when you want to respond to Excel queries:

Who is eligible to answer questions in the Commercial Services Sub forum?
To answer questions in this sub forum, you need to be a forum guru, moderator or admin as only these 3 levels are allowed to answer questions.

How do I answer questions in the sub forum?
To answer questions in the sub forum, you need to open the thread. You will find a “Lock” button next to the Edit Post button. Click on the button and the thread will be locked for you. If after locking the thread, you find that you are not able to work on it, you can click on the “Unlock” button. Each Request Solver can work on only a certain number of threads which will be set up in the system. This figure will be changed based on the number of requests coming through.

What if I am not able to answer a question, even after clicking on the "Lock" button?
If you are not able to answer the question, you can click on the Unlock button and it will be unlocked. Another guru/mod/admin will pick up the question then. However, please note that if you have provided even a part of the solution to the Request Originator, no points will be credited to you.

What do I gain from answering questions?
If your answer(s) solves the Request Originator’s question, the Request Originator will transfer points to your ID. Once you accumulate 100 points, you can redeem the points for $, gifts or donate it to a charity of your choice. The points can be redeemed in multiples of 100 subject to a minimum of 100 points. For every 100 points redeemed, you will receive $75 because 25% is retained as hosting charges and running costs for the website

What if the points allotted are not sufficient?
If the points allotted to the question are not sufficient compared to the effort involved, you can either post in the same thread stating that the points are not sufficient or you can PM the Request Originator to increase the points.

    How to redeem points?
Once you have accumulated 100 points, you can redeem them by clicking on the Redeem Points link. To find this link, click on your UserCP, then click on Paid Subscription under My Account. On the right hand side, you will see Redeem Points. Click on it to redeem the points.

How to allocate extra points once a thread has already been Appreciated.?
If the OP feels that they want to add extra points over and above was was initially agreed to, the simplest way to do this is to start a new CS thread, add the extra points, and mark it for the attention of whomever it was that the OP wished to get the extra points. The other ways of adding points after appreciation are proving troublesome to manage, and dont always work.
