How to copy selected row to Sheet from UserForm ListBox

I just need an example on how to copy a selected row from a UserForm Listbox to a range on a sheet. So far I've set it up to double click, Ask a message and then change the value of given range but it only does the most top row on the listbox.
The ListBox has 6 columns btw too. Do I need to add something like .selected? Lol I have no idea I'm a complete nub...

Missed the yellow banner about posting a file? Perhaps so, although it is of course unknown what is in the ListBox.

My apologies for not posting a file, the sheet I'm working with contains sensitive data that's all. Kindest regards and many thanks, I will go ahead and test the code now

Read the yellow banner - it asks for a desensitised sample workbook. You need to prepare that to protect your data - we never ask to see real data.
