Advanced Hide based on summation of cells

Hello,

How would I go about coding this logic?

Check -> If any of the columns in the range from B:CR are hidden, for the columns not hidden
Check -> If the sum of row 95+96 = 0 or <>""
Then -> Hide the row.

Else,
Otherwise, if clicked again... unhide all columns.
