VBA - Type Mismatch Error - Help Needed

    Hello,

I'm trying to create a pop up message form in Excel based on content of a cell. I want the information entered in the pop up message form to be added to a field within the table. I'd also like to include a command button within the worksheet to add a row to the table. I have the following code below but I keep getting a Type Mismatch error on the line of code......If Target.Column = 2 And Target.Value = "No" Then

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
