Macro to Delete Delete headings and 9 rows above from row 15 onwards

I have headings in Col A and want code to delete the same headings that appears in Col A that contain "Bill From" and 9 rows above this

I have highlighted the rows to be deleted for ease of refrence

My code below is not deleting any rows
