Hello,
To begin with, I am not sure if this is possible. I attempted to find the answer but most of what I could find was based on conditional formatting which is not what I am needing. I can find another way if its not possible, this would just be ideal.
The overall reason for the workbook is to send out automated emails. We generate a report that will have about 40 rows of data, each of the rows will be emailed to a different client. In outlook we use specific verbiage in a template but the data from the 40 or so rows (mentioned above) will always contain different info. I already have a working code that will send the emails. I am trying to come up with a way to merge the data row and the template together so when we use the email code it automatically filled in the data to the template. "Template" meaning specific cells that will stay the same while the data row mentioned above will change it slightly. I thought the easiest way would be to click one of the rows and it simply links that data to the template within excel (on another sheet).
Hopefully that makes sense. I attached an example workbook to this post and tried to include the details in the workbook also to make it easier. I don't know if using the activerow is possible but any thoughts otherwise would be really helpful. I am still trying to learn VBA but this stumped me.
Thank you in advance for any assistance.
