Frame with OptionButtons to Spreadsheet

Hi Everyone

I have a Userform that has a frame with option buttons. Whatever option is picked, I want whatever option is selected to be entered into column7 of sheet1 (in the correct row) when clicking the submit button. I have been unable to find what I want online.

First change the names of the optionbuttons to the original, so
OptionButton1, OptionButton2, OptionButton3, and so on
